I founded and developed Sellsar as way to fix issues i encountered
as a small business owner in Africa. Sellsar is an ecommerce
software that allows sellers create their custom storefronts in minutes
also allowing them the ease of taking local and international orders
through integrations to various payment and shipping providers.
Sellsar runs python primarily backend and is currently deployed on a
kubernetes cluster with most of the frontend in React.js
I was the Lead software engineer at Spareworks limited where I built
and managed the entire backend that powers the 234parts web app and
all its mobile applications. I was also responsible for developing
the vendor mobile app (React native), diagnostics agent mobile app
(React native) and all the custom CRM dashboard used to manage
operations on all of 234parts.
Grabba is at the bare minimum a website screenshot tool. You pass a URL
to it and it captures the live page according to the configurations
attached to the request. The basic business use case would be for
generating PDF files from a URL that contains HTML invoices, receipts,
certificates or the likes. I built Grabba with Nest.js running as
an API backend in a docker container and React.js at the frontend.
I co-founded Velcro gaming with a friend to serve as a marketplace for
buying, selling, and trading video game cd's which tend to be a problem
unique to gamers with CD based consoles. I built the entire project in
a micro-services architecture with the back-end built with Django and
its dependent services running within docker containers and the front-end in React
Js translated completely from a Figma design.
